RETURN

 The return can be made within 14 days. If you would like to return the products you have ordered, please let us know by sending the completed return form. The shipping costs are returned when the order is returned in full. The buyer bears the cost of returning the order to the store.

COMPLAINTS

If the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, you can file a complaint. Please contact us at kontakt@tinystar.pl. The complaint will be processed within 14 days. If the complaint is accepted, we will eliminate the defect or, if the repair is not possible, replace the product with a faultless one.
